The Northern Grove Promise
We hand-pick and hand-pack every item in our Upper Peninsula Shop to ensure your products arrive ready for a perfect morning. If your order isn't exactly what you hoped for, we want to make it right.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition:

Candles: Must be unlit and in original packaging.

Mugs & Spoons: Must be unused and unwashed.

Bundles: To receive a full refund, the entire bundle must be returned.
Damages & Shipping Issues
We know the journey to your doorstep can be bumpy. If your mug or candle arrives damaged:

Take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

Email us at marketing@northern-grove.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will ship out a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at marketing@northern-grove.com.

Return Shipping: As a small, growing boutique, we kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exclusions
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used (e.g., lit candles or washed mugs) or gift cards.
